My name is Angela White and I am a 49-year-old, fit, fun mom of three wonderful girls in Southern California. Before I became a full-time stay-at-home mother I was a lawyer, then a breastfeeding counselor/volunteer/blogger (I wore many hats and still do!) My goal with this blog is to spark an ongoing dialogue about how to make and keep fitness and nutrition fun. In keeping with this mission, I will delete any comments that are inflammatory or derogatory toward myself or any other contributor or commenter on this blog.
You can read a summary of my fitness journey at the inaugural post A Fit Fun Mom Says Hello! You can view my previous race results on the Race Results Page. I review races at the Race Reviews Page. You can support me and this blog by making your Amazon.com purchases through any Amazon link or at the Store Page at no extra cost to you. Thank you for reading!

Thanks for the visit Angela! Yes, keep rolling, and icing, and stretching. But definitely try the KT tape! Do get the newer (therefore, more expensive) Pro tape – that’s what I tried. Super easy to use and a color to match every mood! Best of luck with your full – that was me last year at this time!! WOOT!!!

Just found your blog! I look forward to following along. Do you think you’ll ever go back to lawyering (as a current lawyer, I’m curious)?

Hi Jason! It’s been 14 years since I last practiced law and I do not see myself going back to it. I love being at home with my three girls, and I have channeled my interests into fitness and writing. If I ever went back into a law-related job I would love to work for LexisNexis!
